My experience was very pleasant- even with all my tears included - I felt very cared for - listened too - and never judged….
I was able to just talk/laugh/cry and be confused -
And then I was spoken to in a way that explained how and why… without making me feel like I was wrong….

I was offered reflexology and was very grateful to receive this at a very difficult time n my life. Staff were very kind and friendly an gave me some valuable 'me time' away from my caring role.

Every single care that came to our house has the some caring deposition and supported the family as well as the patient.
